An easy grilled salmon recipe that is a real delight for a healthy summertime dinner. This recipe has a slightly sweet and smoky flavor and is grilled to perfection in just around 15 minutes - heat up the grill, cook up the fish to your liking and enjoy this convivial moment with your family or friends. Pair up the grilled salmon with beurre blanc or champagne sauce.

Ingredients

  • 600g Salmon fillets (with skin)
  • 3 color potatoes
  • 20 green asparagus
  • chives
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 lemon

Tip

Serve with "beurre blanc" or champagne sauce

Steps

  1. Cooking fish: Place salmon (with skin down) in a frying pan over medium heat. Do not grease. Cover with a lid and let cook at low heat for about 15 minutes. Cook until medium rare, well done ... according to your taste.
  2. Steam vegetables: Steam potatoes, green asparagus (cut the foot and peel the sides), and broccoli.

Serving

Remove the skin from the salmon. In individual plates, place the salmon on an asparagus bed. Drop some thinly sliced chives on top of the fish. Serve with three color potatoes, broccoli, and a slice of lemon. On the side, serve with beurre blanc or champagne sauce.
