After an intense day and a wonderful team-work we planted 0.5 hectares of Mâcon-Solutré. We will be now offering Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and Mâcon-Solutré. The first bottle will be available in 3 or 4 years.

Hall 6, Stand 6M22, Domaine du Chalet Pouilly will join Viticlub at ProWein, an international leading trade fair for the wine and spirits, to present its wines from March 27th to March 29th.

After 18 months aged in French oak barrels, Pouilly-Fuissé 2009 will be bottled on April 1/3rd 2011.

Pouilly Fuissé 2009 received a 89/100.

Clear golden robe. Delicate nose, nicely wooded, almonds notes, white fruits, tilleul... Rich and intense in month, well balanced and appealing wine thanks to its complex aromas (aok, fruits, floral). A success.
