Domaine du Chalet Pouilly received 92/100 for the Pouilly-Fuissé 2009.

The 2009 Pouilly-Fuisse, which saw around 25% new oak, is developing a compelling bouquet with scents of white peach, dried apricot and quince that shows immense clarity. It blossoms wonderfully in the glass. The palate is very well-balanced with nicely integrated oak. It builds nicely in the mouth, offering yellow plum, dried pineapple and a touch of spice on the seductive, poised finish. Excellent.
